We understand the joy of receiving a fashion-forward package, and our goal is to make sure that part of your journey is just as smooth as the browsing and buying.
This policy gives you the full picture, from where we ship to what to expect once you place your order. When we say “we,” “us,” or “our,” we’re talking about frostdrop. “You” means the shopper who chose to trust us with your order. By completing a purchase, you're agreeing to the process outlined below.
Where We Deliver
We currently deliver across most pin codes in India. Whether you’re tucked away in a quiet town or in the heart of a busy city, your order is on its way. At the moment, we do not offer international shipping, but we’re always exploring new possibilities.
Order Processing
Once your order is placed, we get right to work. Every piece is checked, carefully packaged, and prepared for dispatch. This typically takes 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). As soon as your order is on the move, we’ll send you an email with all the required details.
Estimated Delivery Time
Depending on your location and the courier assigned, your package will usually arrive within 3 to 8 business days. Remote areas may experience slight delays, but we do our best to keep things moving swiftly, no matter where you are.
When Delivery Doesn’t Go as Planned
Sometimes, deliveries don’t go according to script. If an address is incorrect, if no one is available to accept the package, or if the delivery is refused, the item will be returned to our warehouse.
To help avoid hiccups:
- Double-check your address before placing the order
- Make sure someone is available to receive it
If your package returns to us, you can always reach out to arrange a re-delivery.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
We package with care, but in the rare case your order arrives damaged or tampered with, let us know within 48 hours. Just reach out to us with clear photos of the issue, and we’ll take it from there.
If your package goes missing in transit, don’t worry. We’ll coordinate with the delivery partner to investigate and, once confirmed, we’ll either send a replacement for the item or process a refund, depending on what works the best.
