With a handpicked collection for both men and women, we’re built on the belief that flexibility counts. This policy is crafted to walk you through how cancellations work, what the process looks like, and what to expect when you reach out. When we say “we,” “our,” or “us,” we’re referring to frostdrop. “You” means any customer who places an order with us.
Order Cancellation Before Shipment
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you’re still within the cancellation window. We accept cancellation requests within 24 hours of placing your order or before dispatch, whichever comes first.
Once we hear from you:
- We’ll check the status of your order.
- If eligible, we’ll cancel it right away.
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds usually show up within 5 to 7 business days. To cancel, just email us at bazaarnexbuysolutions@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
What If It’s Already Shipped?
If your order is already on its way, we’re no longer able to cancel it mid-route. But don’t worry, you can still return it once it arrives. Just follow the steps in our Return & Refund Policy to get started.
Need to Make a Change?
At this time, we’re unable to make edits to orders once they’ve been placed. That includes:
- Swapping or removing items
- Updating the shipping address
- Changing your contact details
If something looks off, the best option is to cancel (if it's still within the window) and place a fresh order with the correct info.
